Unlike 99% of Web sites, PushBack is rigorously designed according to the official Web standards, to ensure that its content can be reliably viewed by software written many years from now. Though this decision creates display problems for older browsers that did not impliment these standards correctly, making these pages work with those older browsers would destroy the longevity of its content and take far more time to test and debug than a one-man volunteer operation can afford. Upgrading to a modern browser will solve any problems you might have.
For a list of browsers that work well with this and other correctly-designed sites, please see my browser upgrade page, which also has more details on why the site is designed this way.
